How to read a card
- HRQ score (10 to 98): 30 = CD 16-bit / 44.1 kHz · 49 = 24-bit / 96 kHz · 89 = 24-bit / 192 kHz. Same scale on every platform.
- Green card: the proposed version — same recording, higher resolution, confirmed edition. Absent when you already have the best known version.
- “possible upsample”: the edition labelled 24-bit comes from a 16-bit digital recording (I.G.Y. 1982, Brothers In Arms 1985) — HRQ then proposes the version closest to the master.
- “unconfirmed label”: the origin of the hi-res transfer is undocumented (Porgy and Bess, 1958) — score shown without bonus, nothing is proposed.
- Flame: popularity of the edition (0–100), to break ties at equal resolution.
